Are you looking for a project that combines the charm of city life with the tranquility of the sea, while introducing you to an international community? Then our workcamp is perfect for you! Together, we will explore the value of freedom and learn about life under dictatorships in the past.

Our journey begins in Berlin, where we will delve into the history of the Second World War and the Nazi dictatorship. We will visit memorials and hear the stories of those who suffered under the regime. At a war cemetery, we will focus on the fate of war victims and discover creative ways to keep the culture of remembrance alive.

From the bustling city, we will head to the Hanseatic city of Rostock on the Baltic Sea. Here, we will deepen our understanding of dictatorship and freedom through light maintenance work at a war cemetery and visits to nearby places of remembrance. We will reflect on how the lives of young people, both past and present, are shaped by these themes. Together, we will discuss what freedom means to us and explore ways to safeguard it.

Amid these meaningful experiences, there will also be plenty of time to relax by the Baltic Sea coast and share unforgettable moments with our international group.
