Are you interested in history, meeting new people and adventure? Then come to the international work camp in Gotha, one of the most beautiful towns in Thuringia! Exciting insights into the past, intercultural exchange and lots of fun await you here.

Programme Highlights (subject to change):
Practical work for peace:

• Tending the war graves in Gotha's main cemetery in memory of the victims of the world wars (approx. 15 hours)

Discover history:

• Visits to places of remembrance, such as the Point Alpha Memorial, which commemorates the division of Germany

Excursions, for example to Weimar and Erfurt

Tour of the Wartburg in Eisenach, a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Workshops and discussions: exchange on historical topics such as Nazi persecution, human rights and tolerance

Social and leisure activities:

• Climbing and swimming

joint excursions in and around Gotha

Thuringian barbecues and international game evenings
